The Life Sciences Area of the Lamarr Institute further expands into Health Sciences and Medicine. This meeting of current and newly appointed PIs and guests will serve as a starting point for identifying common interests and exploring opportunities for collaborations among the participants. The ultimate goal of this and further common activities will be developing a strategic plan for the Life Sciences & Health Area and determining our future directions.

The presentation will lay the foundation for the subsequent program items, providing the participants with an overview and current developments of the Life Sciences and Health area.

The participating working group representatives are called upon to present their work in the field of Life Sciences and Health in 5-minute flash presentations per group.

13:30 → 14:30 Moderated Discussion: Strategic Direction and Joint Efforts

In a guided discussion, the future direction of the area Life Sciences and Health as well as joint goals and breakthrough projects will be discussed. Attendees are encouraged to participate actively to drive forward the central Lamarr milestone projects within the area.
