This session introduces Indico, the event management tool used at the Lamarr Institute, developed as an open-source project by CERN. Designed for meetings, workshops, and conferences, Indico streamlines event creation, participant registration, and scheduling. Key features will be demonstrated, and participants will be guided through the process of setting up and managing events efficiently. No prior experience with Indico is required.
