For your convenience, we have reserved a contingent with reduced rates (Sept 2nd to Sept 5th) that follow the guidelines of the public sector. You can choose between three hotels in Bonn’s city centre.
Please note that our event will take place from September 3rd to 4th. However, the rooms are available for the entire period (Sept 2nd-5th) in case you plan to schedule additional individual meetings before or after the event. Please be aware that any overnight stays beyond the night of September 3rd to 4th need to be approved in advance by the travel office of your home institution, to make sure they are reimbursable under the provisions of the Travel Expenses Act of North-Rhine Westphalia (Landesreisekostengesetz-NRW).
To reserve a room, just drop any of the hotels an e-mail or call them, using the corresponding keyword or reference number. Find the contact information below. Note that you pay the hotel by yourself and get refunded by your institution, just like on any other business trip.
